Los Angeles Police Find A Body Burning And Hanging From A Tree

Following a developing story tonight out of Los Angeles. The LAPD has confirmed that they found a person hanging from a tree and burned.

LAPD says the body was found around 12:38 p.m. hanging from a tree near the Griffith Park merry-go-round at 4730 Crystal Springs Drive. 

The body, LAPD said, was on fire when it was discovered. LAPD has not yet been able to determine the age, gender or race of the person.
